My stay at the Palazzo was disappointing overall. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the check-in process was frustrating, and the service didn't live up to expectations. I faced issues with my booking which took too long to resolve, and the amenities weren't as impressive as I hoped they would be. Despite the beautiful setting and decent dining options, the overall experience felt underwhelming.
