A magical escape

smooth check-in charming staff comfy suite

The check-in flowed smoothly. The staff was charming. The scent of luxury seemed like a promise. I had access to a huge area with twelve pools and ten hot tubs. The standard suite looked comfy and still looked awesome.

spacious area marble floor fantastic view incorrect room faulty tv long fix

the room had a very spacious area. the marble floor in the bathroom was beautiful. i enjoyed the view from the room.

room keys given at arrival did not work, a bad start. the reception had allocated us the wrong room. tv did not work on the second night and maintenance took an hour to fix it.
